AD Users cannot access share

We bound the server to AD so we could use the AD groups and users to assign permissions for shares.
Problem is although PC users can see the share they cannot get into it,…
What might be causing this ?

no we simply bound the directory utility to ad to get the users and groups for share access we don’t want them as full users.
