    We are merging two domains, and in the process need to change several usernames to do away with duplicate IDs. We tested with a PC user and a Mac user, the PC worked fine, but the Mac user was not able log in with their new ID or their old ID. Their user accounts are mobile. Any ideas on how to get these users to log in again?.
