AD policies in a MacOS X Server 10.3

HI,
I would like to know if anybody know how configure my MacOS Server Panther, to host and apply policies to machines and users logon from WinXP Pro like a Windows 2000 Server with AD apply?
I migrate all my users to MacOS Server and configure it to PDC and work correctly, but I don’t know how to apply to the joined machines the policies, like redirect My Documents Folder to the new Home directory in Mac Server not to the profile, etc..
