AD Password help

I’ve managed to bind both Leopard Server and Client to our Active Directory.
Each the user’s home folder is stored on the AD.

Everything seems to be working correctly apart from the Password Policy. If I request a change of password on next log in, the is asked to change their password but they can’t actually login. Is there a way of changing the AD password from a Mac login window?
