    Good Morning,

We are trying to integrate Tiger 10.4.1 inside a PC world running AD. We want to allow a user to be able to use a PC or a Mac and find it’s data. We have done the setup , it’s working nicely but we have one issue.

For the windows users we don’t use the Homefolder attribute in AD progile tabs, we use instead a profile with GPO and scripts to mount documents folder and map it to the user documents folder.
But Tiger needs to have something in the homeFolder in order to automatically mount it. In this case if the user use windows , he will have the Mac homefolder automatically mount using a letter.
But we want to avoid that because we don’t want the user to play in windows with the ~/Library for example. The only commun folder needs to be the documents folder.
    So my questions :
    – Can we setup the Tiger AD plug-in to go look in another attribute to find the homefolder path ? If yes how ?
    – If not can we do something in order not to have the connection in Windows ? (GPO ?)

    Thanks
    Matthieu
