AD and OD problems

Hi Everyone

The setup I have OD Master 10.4.2 NOT running Kerberos and few member
servers connected to AD and OD. This to allow me to add users to the OD
groups which use for file sharing and desktop management. Couple of our
Tiger servers are working fine this way. But I was about to change the two
main data servers over when a problem popped up on our test bench server.
From clean install I have joined the server to the AD first and then the OD
master. Take out the Ldap connection Authication path and enablesso for the
AD plug in. Restart the server and put the OD back into the Authication
path.
Setting up the sharing using ACL and OD groups with AD users. The problem I
get is every 2 mins I will get up a errors
DirectorySerivce [39]:Search connection failureuring an attempted to bind
to *.*.*.* LDAP server
DirectorySerivce [39]:Search connection failureisabled future attempts to
bind to [*.*.*.*] LDAP server for next 120 seconds
The other servers which Database server and Webservers don’t suffer from
this problem. I have rebuilt the server many times and wracked my brains try
find out what I did different on the other servers and Cannot find why I
have this problem. If anybody could shed some light on where Iam going
wrong I would love here from you.
