    So we have a nice 10.6.8 image but we have to allow Acrobat Reader to run once or Safari will not have inline PDF until it is run once.

    Does anyone have a slick way of making this happen pre having to run the application.

    perhaps you could try a before and after snapshot with a packaging program to see what files are being created or modified?
