A Keychain cannot be created error for users

Hi,

We are having an issue with keychains at our school. I am relatively new to this, so bear with me. We have an Active Directory setup with 10.7 and 10.8 clients. We have have issues where students login an they will get an error that a keychain cannot be found, do they want to create a new one, etc. If you do, it will ask about resetting to defaults, etc. This will keep popping up. If you cancel, then they will get the popup in safari that a keychain cannot be found to store. I have no idea why it is doing this, and neither does my admin (a windows guy who set it up). It happens whether or not you have created a mobile account or not (network homes).

Any ideas? I hope that is enough information.
