Greetings! I am using 1.6b2 of InstaDMG/InstaUp2Date. I recently noticed if I add the 10.6.3 Combo Update to my build train, Rosetta gets installed, i.e. the “translate” file at /usr/libexec/oah. I am trying to build a Rosetta free system. I realize it only takes up a small amount of space and is only used when needed, but we don’t really need it in our environment. Soon as I remove the 10.6.3 update, “translate” is gone again. Has anyone else seen this or am I just being crazy?

    Thanks!
    Steve

Looking at the debug log leads me to further believe my previous post. Something in the back of my mind, I thought I remember being able to use an InstallerChoices.xmo for each package. Is this correct?

    Working on folder 4 (17:04:58)
    Installing MacOSXUpdCombo10.6.3.pkg from ./InstallerFiles/BaseUpdates/4 (4)

Greetings! So I tried to make an InstallerChoices file from the MacOSXCombo10.6.3 update just for kicks. It didn’t give me anything useful and it’s not a mpkg so I don’t know if this would have worked anyway. Is anyone else seeing this problem?

    Thanks,
