10.5 iCal server and wiki data migration to 10.6

Is there a way to do a manual migration of the iCal server and wiki data from a 10.5 server to 10.6? I have a server that I'm moving to 10.6 that might have been compromised by a rogue employee so an upgrade is not an option.
