Quote by: Gin
My xserve has been locking up for some time now and I’m pretty sure its due to all my Windows users I have logging into it. Its a PDC for my 70+ windows users and a OD master for my Macs. It seems every couple of days it hangs and no one can login. I go to the server and its a sleep and I can’t wake it up (beach ball). I can’t login via SMB or AFP.
I think my password server is crashing and causing this, but I can’t be for sure. What can I do to trouble shoot this, the server is setup right. Could I be doing to much on it? below is my syslog in hopes that one of you can read this and help me. Thanks
