Urgent- 1 user on mail does not receive to client

Hello,

Tiger server 10.4.11
Mail is receiving from the world fine. However, I have 1 user who has not gotten new mail to her mail client for about a month. She is able to send mail. Her client connects to the server without any issues. I apperas that her mail is stuck in her account and does not actually get to her. When I log into her account with squirrelmail, I see the the inbox is increasing in size each day, but even squirrelmail gets this error:

ERROR: Connection dropped by IMAP server.
Query: FETCH 1:* (FLAGS UID RFC822.SIZE INTERNALDATE BODY.PEEKhttp://HEADER.FIELDS (Date To Cc From Subject X-Priority Importance Priority Content-Type))

I have used ServerAdmin to rebuild her account & the mail DB. I have looked in the folder where the mail DB is supposed to reside (I am not sure what I would be looking for). I looked in /var/spool/imap/user but it seems to be empty or inaccessible.
Help?
