Sharing suddenly greyed out

Hi All I'M running OSX 10.4.8 server on an Xserve G5 The server is running OD with 160 users. But today something strange happend. I created a new user as always. But the sharing tab under WGA was greyed out...? What happend? And how can I enable it again Thanks Poul
