Server Backup (10.x, any version)

Hi, Just wondering what solutions you admins are using for backup up large quantities of data on a regular basis. I'm managing a dual-867 that is handling file-server needs for workgroup of about 20 staff in an art department. The server itself holds all current work in progress and the 120GB RAID-1 array is starting to fill up and I'd like to make sure that an extra copy of the data is alway available.
