Mail tutorial in Panther Server

Does somebody know if mailboxes like joe@domain1.com and joe@domain2.com can be configured to be 2 different mailboxes in panther server ? It was not possible in Jaguar Server. If that's the case, did anyone write a simple step by step tutorial to configure the Mail server ? Thank you. Carlo
