mail error on 10.3.4

Hello to you all.

I’m trying to configure my new XServeG5 (macosx server 10.3.4) but i have many difficulties to set up it correctly.
I want to use it for mail services but i’m not able to let it work… I usually use 4Dwebstar.
I set up server and i configure 2 users in local mode with workgroup manager.
I’m able to log in from enturage but nothing else, server accept login for user xxxxx but not his mail messages.
When i try to send mail to [email protected] this is the results:
