Lock settings on Sharing Preferences Pane

Hello all, I've enabled ARD and SSH on machines that we're going to deploy to our employees, but each user is going to be an administrator. Is there a way through MCX that I can prevent these users from unchecking Remote Login and Remote Management in System Preferences? Thanks! Jason
