InstaUp2Date Base Questions

Greetings! I have a similar question to: https://www.afp548.com/forum/viewtopic.php?forum=45&showtopic=22309&highlight=up2date I currently like how InstaDMG by itself uses the BaseUpdates and CustomPKG folders. I'm wondering if I can tell InstaUp2Date to use everything in BaseUpdates folder as well as the CustomPKG folder and then the appropriate packages in the InstaUp2DatePackages folder? Or do I need to relocate all this to the InstaUp2DatePackages folder. Could I keep the same structure in there? I'm just trying to figure out the best way to organize what I'm doing. I really like the numbered folders, etc. I think I read somewhere I can use nested folders, but the documentation didn't have anything specific about it. Thanks for any advice! Steve
