Firstly, thanks for creating such a great product. I work in a Windows-based office, and thought I would be exluded from using the new VPN, but VaporSec is easy to setup and use.

I am using a Powerbook G5 with OS 10.2.8, trying to connect to a Sonicwall firewall, and ultimately, to a machine running Windows 2000 Server. Although I have setup a connection to the Sonicwall firewall, and it appears to be connected (it says racoon is running), I cannot find or browse the remote network. I tried connecting to the windows machine like I would if I was actually on site, using “Go to Server” in the Finder, and typing:

    smb://machinename.domainname.net

My mac cranks away for a minute or so, but eventually returns the error:

An error has occurred (error = -36)

Is this not the right thing to do? If this method will not work, how can I view the contents of the machine?

Sorry if this is a newbie questions, it seems like it should be obvious..
