Block MySpace an Youtube.

Dear All I need a quick and dirty way to block myspace and youtube for a bout 100 users behind our Gatekeeper machine (the Nat Router Firewall). I understand I can use a firewall rule or DNS but can anyone tell me how to do it? NoSpin
