I´ve finally managed get webmail working with AD authentication. My challenge is that the users login name is an 8 digit number (student number), and that makes a crappy e-mail address.
I have tried loggin in as a user and added a new e-mail alias in the Suirrelmail options, but the new alias is not recognised as a valid e-mail adress by the server.
Is there any way to allow users to set their own e-mail address?
ex.
host: post.example.com
login: 85648712 gives e-mail address 85648712@post.example.com
I want the user to e able to log in with 85648712, and set his e-mail address to Cliff.Clavin@post.example.com
A solution would make my day..
