AD, OU policies in MacOSX 10.3 Server PDC

Hi all,
Is there any way to apply OU policies configured in a Win2k server on a MacOS X Server?
I explain me.
In a W2K Server you can configura policies to apply on a machine and a user at login on, like:
-Redirect “My Documents” to any place you like.
-Get access to a certain apps only.
-Configure IE, like proxies, home, search page,….
I can access to this policies on the W2K server, but I don’t know how apply on Mac OS X Server.
Any Idea would be very appreciated.
