    I got InstaDMG to create me a 10.6.8 image that has a few tweaks (firefox, chrome, random sys pref and finder tweaks). Built my catalogs and the process created the image without any errors.

    Tried restoring the image to various hardware ( MacPro 5,1, bootable FW drive ) and it makes it on there fine but a minute or two after being up it will just reboot itself. No kernel panic, no errors, nothing.

    Any idea what might be wrong?

    Going to review my settings and catalog files once again and then have it create another image.

    Just using Disc Utility and Firewire. Its never failed me before but I’d be happy to try another method if its more reliable.

    OK rebuilding it seems to work this time around. Maybe something just got goofed during the build process. :question:
