I just upgraded two Xserves from 10.6.4. to 10.6.6. They are MDC’s for Xsan and one of them reshares a folder of the Xsan Volume via SMB for a PC, running Windows XP. This went quite well until the upgrade. Now I can mount the SMB from a Windows 7 machine but not from a XP machine. I heard that this could have something to do with NTLM authentication vs NTLM v2 but changing settings in that regard does not help. Does anyone else have this experience? Thanks in advance for any info or pointers.
