Local admin user on MacBook Pro 10.4.11 tries to log in, but system immediately logs user out before getting completely logged in. Part of the menu bar will show up, and then it logs out. No desktop icons ever show. Have tried starting up in safe mode with no difference.

Another local user on the laptop has no problem, neither does root. I have repaired privileges, and used Disk Warrior but can’t find any problems.

Any help would be appreciated
