    I built an InstaDMG on the new MBP using the media it came with and everything works great except the airport doesn’t seem to work. The Airport interface gets added, but it’s state is “inactive” with no way to activate it. I can add a new airport interface and even get it to see a network but then it deactivates itself again. I tried bulding the image with and without the AirportExtremeUpdate2008004.pkg.

    Has anyone else seen this?

    Correction. If I delete the inactive Airport interface and re-add Airport, it works. But still need to figure out what is causing this.
