Maybe I miss something obvious but here is my problem :

I use Tiger Server (10.4.9) with OD for 10 users. It works fine. My only concern is that now when I log in as diradmin in the Workgroup Manager I can’t create new users (New User button is grayed out) and I have only a limited access to the user profiles (basically I can just change the passwords, all other fields are grayed out). This does not happen for the users accounts in the local directory on the server but only for the /LDAPv3/127.0.0.1 where my user accounts reside.

    Any suggestions ?

when I log in as diradmin in the WGM I am authentified. I get the “authentified as diradmin for directory : /LDAPv3/127.0.0.1” message and diradmin is allowed to manage this directory in his user profile. The strangest thing is that from time to time this problem dissapears and I am able to create users again (not very often) !

maybe I have a clue (but still no solution)

in WGM, in the Sharing window/network mount the /LDAPv3/127.0.0.1 is locked and I can’t unlock it (tried with admin, diradmin and root)

    What should I do ?
