in /usr/share/swupd/html

there is a file called:

index.sucatalog.apple

but it ‘seems’ for what-ever reason, to need to be called

index.sucatalog

see if its called index.sucatalog.apple, then the softwareupdate -l returns:

where as if you remove the .apple

its works..
