    Hi all,

I’m running a Tiger server (10.4.2), configured as an OD master on a Mac Mini. Forward and reverse DNS are working: Kerberos is running, have network homes working, etc.

I successfully setup and configured a netinstall image from a firewire target mode booted mac using System image utility, and I can see the nework image in the startup disk prefs pane of a client iMac (tangerine 400 Mhz). If I select the netinstall image as the startup disk on the iMac and reboot, I see the blinking netboot globe in square, then the spinning globe, but then I get a solid black rectangle in the middle of the screen, and nothing further happens.

I don’t have netboot/dhcp filtering on. Anyone kow why this might be happening?

While trying to get my 10.4.2 server to image, I found that if I tell it to use HTTP in the image settings then I got the black box you got.
