This may be an easy one.
We have a server that happens to be running both Netinfo and LDAP (don’t ask how that happened). It seems to work OK. But, we want to change the admin passwords and disable the root user for added security.

Changing the admin pass in netinfo was easy, disabling root was a bear, but happened.

I can’t seem to change the LDAP admin user pass (yes, there’s an admin for each), either through Server Admin or logging in directly on the machine (G4).

Also, there’s a “System Admin” in LDAP that is identified as the root user during login. How do I scrape that?

    Thanks!
