I have been posting all over the place trying to find someone to help me with a procmial failure. This was working for a while but then suddenly stopped. The only event that occurred, though it seems unrelated, was a power failure that brought down the network but not the server. The server needed to be rebooted and everything came back up fine except procmail. When I try to enable it the folloing messages start and mail cannot be delivered locally:

Warning: connect #nn to subsystem private/procmail: connection refused

Would someone please point me in the right direction on this? TIA.
