I am having a strange problem with procmail/cyrus. The mail log shows certain users’ mail is being deferred (temporary failure). Usually the mail finally is sent hours later although it is not uncommon for them to be bounced due to excessive time or retries.

How can I get some debug information that will tell me why cyrus ‘deliver’ is deferring the messages? TIA.
