I’ve got an OS X Server 10.2 on a G4 tower.

I noticed that copying files from my server to my clients is *much* slower to the OS X client machines than to the OS 9 client machines. The copies were sooooo much slower (we’re talking a factor of 10 here), that I went and booted one of the OS X clients into OS9 to try to diagnose. Well, the client machine, when booted into OS9, copies at full speed from the server, no problem. Booting the client back into OS X, the copies go molasses- slow again.

Copies *to* the server, on the other hand, are fine for both OS9 and OS X clients.

Any thoughts?
