    sorry for my uggly english.

First thank’s a lot for the article about AD integration. This is the tirst I’ve seen who speek about binding with an openldap and an ad in the same time. You just should say a bit more about how you do it.

For the moment, I’ve been abble to map the ad.
I havn’t change the ad shema.
I’ve used the attributes who are in the Telephones tab.

But I’m not abble to map the members of a group. Have you an exemple of a valid attribute and a valide value to put inside ? lookupd give me the distinguished name and not the short name. I’ve tried with the unix services for win2k, and the problem still the same.

    And an other question :
I’m not abble to bind correctly my osx server with the ad.That’s like it’s work, but it don’t work. For exemple the boot time of the server is more than 1 hour. And I see the ad users, but if I put them on a group, they appear but don’t work.

So the question is : how you create on the osx server the open ldap db ?
with open directory assistant, with netinfo manager or with a cli tool like nidomain ?

    thank’s in advance

    😀
