Apple TV Update Brings Profile Support

Apple released Apple TV Software Update 5.1 yesterday which includes several new enterprise friendly features, including support for 802.1X and the use of a proxy server. Both are configured via configuration profiles. Details are at the links below.

Mike Boylan

Mike Boylan is a recent graduate of Robert Morris University in Pittsburgh, PA where he received his Master’s of Science in Competitive Intelligence Systems. Mike is a senior systems engineer for the University focusing on core University server infrastructure and telephony. He also still administers and manages all of the University’s Macs.
