Xserve G5 – Drive2&3 WARNINGS – What do I do now?

I am running an Xserve G5 with three 250GB Drives. I have the Mac OS 10.3.4 installed onto Drive 1 The other two drives have Software RAID 1 These two drives are giving me Warnings this morning when I came In. I restarted the server and now it will only boot back up into "safe" mode. Any suggestions??
