XP Users – Leopard OSX Server

We are looking at replacing our Linux server with a new OSX box Server to be the file server and domain controller for 20 XP users, is this a fairly simple thing to setup with the latest OSX server software? I don't know Linux very well but have a much better understanding of OSX server. Thanks
