Windows Profiles 10.3?

Is there a way to disable roaming profiles (for windows) with 10.3 server. I want all the other feature, except I don't want roaming profiles. It seems to take long to save settings. Also I can see these profiles getting pretty large and you can't out a quota on them. Everything else works great, I just have a beef with the slowness of the saving of settings in XP boxes. Thanks
