Windows Primary Domain Controller on OS X Server 10.2.3

The article called Mac OS X Server Samba Primary Domain Controller Configuration was written for OS X Server 10.1. Is it possible to make the same modifications on OS X Server 10.2.3? Has anyone had success in configuring OS X Server 10.2.3 as a Windows Primary Domain Controller?
