Windows DHCP and NetBoot on 10.2 server

Currently we run both a windows and mac network, with a windows server as a DHCP server. We are trying to set up NetBoot on our mac network, but it doesnt work because it doesnt work with our Win2k DHCP server. Has anyone gotten netboot to work with a Windows DHCP server? We would like to get this working ASAP, as currently we run around to all our workstations with 10.2 CD's :)
