Where is system events?

Hi All Just baked another image and for all the world it seems ok but when I first boot i get a dialog box asking: "Where is System Events?" and a list of applications that I can choose from although no System Events is in the kits so I just click cancel and carry on. Anyone have any ideas? Regards Tristan
