Where is a G5 Xserve Hardware RAID card?

I just set up our new Dual 2Ghz G5 Xserve. It has Three 250GB HDs. I desperately need to get an internal Hardware RAID card. Any suggestions? If anyone knows of one please let me know. My only option at this time is to install the OS onto one HD and Mirror the other two.. This will only give me 250GB. Apple says they have a Hardware RAID card but when you try to buy it it has this message: (NOTE: The PCI Hardware RAID card is temporarily unavailable for order.) Thanks for the help in advance.
