Where do I begin?

Hello, Could someone give me some advice? I am new to the Mac world. I am very interested in learning all I can about the Apple equipment that my company has purchased. It is a (4) seat FCP editing configuation. It includes (4) servers - Gateway, Directory, Metadata - (4) clients and 21T of RAID storage. What magazines, websites, classes, and/or books can be studied to better understand and maintain this equipment? Thanks Junior
