Web dav Broken after php 5

I installed the Entropy PHp 5 with no problem on OS X server 10.4.8, however Web dav is broken as it needs to load after the PHP5 module which does not show in the httpd.conf file, so how do I make it appear there and so get to load the module when I want ?? :(
