Virtual Hosts & new Mail Server

I was very startled to learn that virtual host support with the new mail server is not very impressive - at least in the GUI. It is only allowing aliases. I was doing that with AIMS back in the day. EIMS has progressed far past that and of course we know the tools Apple is using is capable of doing this. I have many sites that each what to have info@theirdomain.com. Hopefully there is an easy and effective way to work around this problem without conflicting with Apple's setup.
