Vapor error while building a tunnel

I have been playing with Vapor, and have been unsuccessful getting it to work. Now, for some reason, when clicking on "Vaporize" an error dialog pops up after trying to build the tunnel saying it cannot create a tunnel, please check to see you have SSH keys installed correctly. I have successfully setup SSH keys between my laptop and iMac, and can connect properly when connecting via SSH in the terminal. I don't really know why it is failing, i have increased the timeout. Any ideas? Also, the program does not seem to run correctly unless it is installed in /Applications. If it is in any other directory (like a subdirectory) it errors out saying it cannot find the connect.perl script. Is this program limited to where it is installed?
