User Backups

Hi, I work for a school district were we have a mix of Windows XP, 2000, Mac OS X, 10.3 and above. I would like to know any of you have a backup solution for both Macs and PCs. Were I can give the user the option to recover their own files. We are trying BRU and Time Machine. Thanks,
