UPS solutions compatible with MacOS X Server

Hi, I'm looking for an UPS solution compatible with MacOS X Server. The server is a home-directory/file server for a lot of clients. The power is very unstable (down once a week) and we need a UPS that can kick the clients off the server and shut it down gracefully. Does anyone have any experience with this?
