Unable to reach network

I'm able to connect to a VPN Linksys router I have at an office. However, once connected I try to to connect to a server and I'm unable to reach it. I also cannot traceroute and ping anything on the network. Does anyone have some insight as to what I'm doing wrong? The office is on a NAT of 172.18.143.0 netmask 255.255.255.0. Here is my config. Destination: 207.46.249.222, Origin: 17.254.0.91 flush; spdflush; spdadd 172.18.143.0/24 17.254.0.91/32 any -P in ipsec esp/tunnel/207.46.249.222-17.254.0.91/require; spdadd 17.254.0.91/32 172.18.143.0/24 any -P out ipsec esp/tunnel/17.254.0.91-207.46.249.222/require;
