System Console Error

All of the services stalled recently on my Xserve, simple soft reboot resolved it I think it's because of QuarkXpress 6.52 user data forks. I went to the Console to look at system logs and the console that opens says: May 11 03:15:01 zigxserve cp: error processing extended attributes: Operation not permitted May 11 03:15:01 zigxserve cp: error processing extended attributes: Operation not permitted May 11 03:15:01 zigxserve cp: error processing extended attributes: Operation not permitted Would someone please tell me how to fix this/how it occured in the first place.
